DSTA is the most updated version of what is and has been a talent agency, which operates showing an improved and modern projection for talents in different ways, as well as for different projects and brands, currently it is the most relevant agency in the Caribbean . The agency was founded by Iván Roldán, who was also a professional dancer, actor and teacher of cinematographic arts; Today he is the director of the agency, promoter, manager and coordinator of international artists and events. The agency currently has different areas of opportunity for new talent, film production for brands and work teams for productions in general.
